One thing that I've managed to do this first week back from our Australia trip (it has been pretty unproductive around these parts) is bake some Lamingtons - Australia's favorite pastry dessert thingy. They didn't quite turn out like the ones we devoured when we were there but I have it on word from three reliable sources (Gord, Anthony and Gord's sister Melissa) that they are indeed scrumptious!
