Pies, Cats and Pouches!
More pies! This one is strawberry rhubarb. Enough said.
The cats are getting in trouuuuble. They have settled into their/our cozy home quite nicely. They have also taken a liking to jumping on the counter and kitchen table and pooping in one particular plant. Twice. It's gross. I have been telling them I'm the boss but so far they don't seem to understand just yet. Good thing they are cute and have moments like these to make up for their mischievousness:)

(It looks like a wrestling move, but it's love)
I got my sewing machine back from getting a tune up. Why didn't I do that a year ago? I think it's about 30 years old or so (I remember my mom having the same one when I was growing up, however I just remember it getting shuffled around the dinning room table and I don't remember it actually being used...) and what a difference! I had fun this afternoon making pouches, for my hope to happen Christmas sale, and finally got around to using my beautiful Japanese fabric that I bought in Australia 4 months ago. I wish I got more...

oh and the revamp on the blog looks good.
Thanks pretty lady! It was delicious and it was super easy which makes it even more delicious:)
ReplyDeleteThe cats are on my bad side - they pooped again in my plant. It's now covered in tinfoil...and professional sewing, I don't think so. I just photograph the good parts!
It's cold and rainy here too, 7 degrees! Stay warm!
